About Light Patrol
Circles is a homelessness prevention initiative of Light Patrol, an outreach program of Youth Unlimited that connects with youth experiencing homelessness in the GTA. For over 25 years, Light Patrol has consistently gone to where these youth are: on street corners, under bridges, and encamped in parks, bringing needed supplies and providing relational support.
About Youth Unlimited
Youth Unlimited is a faith-based organization that has been serving Toronto’s young people for over 75 years. Since the 1980s we have focused on supporting youth facing challenges related to poverty, violence, gang involvement, family breakdown, and spiritual impoverishment. Our vision is to see transformed youth transforming our city, and we do this through grassroots programming, a focus on holistic transformation, and a network of local partnerships.
